After a twenty two year love affair with my Austro Daimler Vent Noir I decided it was time
to move on to a newer bike. Actually, I test rode a bike with the Shimano STI shifting system and
just had to have something with it on it.
However, the production bikes built these days aren't really worth having.
They TIG weld the tubes together and then paint right over the weld.
There's no artistry, no craftsmanship, and worse yet, no love.
In order for me to sit on a bike all day, day after day, I have to be in love with it!

Luckily there are still a few people out there that are making frames the old fashion way.
They aren't just making a bike frame, they are creating a piece of art.
Trevor Jarvis is one of those artists and below you can view the piece he created for me.

Trevor was also kind enough to include images of my little girl being conceived .
