(Balance must be paid in full before purchaser takes possession of kitten)

Seller and Purchaser agree to the following:

1. Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat or any of its offspring be donated,leased,or sold to any pet store,research lab or similar facility.

2.This kitten/cat will be kept indoors and not allowed to roam freely outside.

3. If this kitten/cat is found to be mistreated or neglected,Purchaser agrees to surrender the kitten/cat to the seller.Forfeiting any refund of purchase price.

4.Purchaser has 48 hours from the arrival time to have the kitten/cat checked by the Veterinarian of their choice. Purchaser resumes all responsibility of any vet bills incurred after delivery of kitten. If any health problems are found, Purchaser will be refunded the purchase price after returning the kitten to the seller within 48 hours from the time of arrival.

5.All costs related to the shipping will be paid by the Purchaser in advance.Purchaser is responsible for any additional shipping charges should the kitten be returned.

6.This kitten is being purchased as a _{----------------------------------------}.

7.Seller agrees to provide Purchaser with the kitten/cat CFA registration slip after kitten/cat has been checked and found to be in good health.

8.Any court proceedings regarding this contract must be brought in a court in the State of Virginia.

9.Seller keeps a closed Cattery and all cats have tested negative for FELV.Due to studies at Cornell University FIP vaccinations can potentiate actual FIP,therefore seller does not vaccinate for FIP and does not guarantee the health of kittens if they are vaccinated after going to their new homes.
